“The entire process for the prenup for Kim and Kanye has been extremely easy, and relatively drama free. Kanye didn’t even think the couple needed a prenup, and was ready to give Kim carte blanche to all of his financial assets. Yes, he loves Kim that much. There is a huge difference from Kim’s prenup with Kris Humphries… the preparation of their agreement went on for several months. It was long and tedious. The couple is focused on the wedding and looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together. Kim is head over heels in love with Kanye, and knows this is forever. Despite having been married twice before, Kim is treating this wedding as her one and only.”

That’s a great attitude to have! We’re glad that Kim is able to see this marriage with a fresh outlook! But still, what happens if they break up?
According to the prenup, Kim will get $1 million for each year they were married, but no more than $10 million. Also, she’ll get their Bel Air home, all of the shiny gifts that Yeezy got her, and will be the sole beneficiary of one of Kanye’s $20 million life insurance policies.
However, the couple didn’t make any mention of child custody for North West in the prenup.
Hopefully this love lasts forever and Kimye never have to think about their prenup again!

Despite the latest setbacks in his personal life, Thicke took some time Thursday, Mar. 6 to use his celebrity for good. The singer stopped by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation's studio at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to meet with kid patients.
Thicke was once again without his wedding band for the outing, as seen in an Instagram photo uploaded from his visit. Rosler: I won't show Man City sentiment

The Wigan manager takes his side back to the Blues, the club he played for between 1994 and 1998 but says he will not go easy on Manuel Pellegrini's team

Uwe Rosler faces an emotional return when Wigan Athletic face Manchester City, but he has no intention of doing his old side a favour.

The German takes his side to the Etihad Stadium for a repeat of last season's FA Cup final - won 1-0 by Wigan - in a quarter-final tie in this year's edition in the famous competition.

Rosler enjoyed a four-year stint at City between 1994 and 1998 during his playing career, and has credited the City supporters with helping him through his cancer battle, after being diagnosed with the illness in 2003.

The 45-year-old is looking forward to returning, but insists there will be no room for sentiment as he attempts to orchestrate a route to the semi-finals for the Championship outfit.

"They [the City fans] helped me on my way to recovery," he said. "In 2003, I was just recovering from cancer and finished with my treatment.

"I went there to say thank you for the support I got from the club and from the supporters and it was a very emotional moment. Now, 11 years later, I'm here with a wonderful football club as a manager. So it is quite a story.

"The emotions will be there but I also know that I'm a very professional guy and I'll focus on the job in hand.

"I gave them a DVD from that game [the FA Cup final] and from the league game. There is opportunities for us, but not a lot. We have to make sure we make them count. You never know. We'll see what happens.

"We come in off the back of a very strong month and we want to keep the momentum going. Obviously, Manchester City come back off winning a cup, winning the first trophy this season, and I think that makes them hungry.

"That is not good news for us. [but) I think they know that our team can cause them problems, so I think they will take us seriously."

Preview, Team News, Likely Line-Ups, Key Man For Arsenal vs Everton

Arsenal play host to Premier League rivals Everton at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday lunchtime in the quarter finals of the FA Cup.

We’ve already faced some stiff competition in previous rounds with a 2-0 victory over Tottenham in the third round followed up by a 2-1 win over Liverpool last time out, so if we’re going to win the Cup, we’re certainly doing it the hard way.



With Manchester City the only other ‘big’ team left in this years competition, the winners of tomorrow’s clash will have a great chance of going all the way, so it’s for that reason I hope Arsene Wenger isn’t planning on fielding a weakened side ahead of Tuesday’s second leg against Bayern Munich.

The FA Cup represents a fantastic opportunity to end our trophy drought and I’d hate to see us throw it away because of a game that we’re highly unlikely to rescue given that we need to turn-around a 2-0 deficit away at the best team in Europe.

If we are to beat Everton we’re going to have to play a lot better than we did last week when our title bid was dented with a 1-0 loss to Stoke City.

The Toffees have had a much easier route to the last eight, having beaten QPR, Stevenage and Swansea, but they are an impressive outfit on their day and Roberto Martinez proved last year with Wigan that he knows what it takes to go all the way in this tournament.

Jack Wilshere will miss the game after being ruled out for six weeks with a broken foot that was picked up while playing for England on Wednesday.

Arsene has also confirmed that Laurent Koscielny is a doubt after feeling a tight hamstring during training with France on Tuesday, and I don’t think we’ll see the boss take any chances with him, so Thomas Vermaelen is likely to come in at the back.

Youngster Yaya Sanogo started in the previous round against Liverpool and I think we’ll see him play once more with Wenger taking the opportunity to rest Olivier Giroud.

Nacho Monreal is also still a doubt with an ankle problem so Kieran Gibbs is expected to continue at left-back, while Aaron Ramsey and Kim Kallstrom are due to return from injury next weekend against Spurs. Theo Walcott and Abou Diaby remain absent.

Everton are expected to be without key centre-back Phil Jagielka after he missed the England game with a hamstring strain. However, Antolin Alcaraz is fit and will deputise alongside Sylvain Distin.

Joel Robles has started in all the previous rounds so we should expect to see him once again, while Romelu Lukaku is likely to start having come off the bench to score the winner against West Ham last week.

Lacina Traore is out with a hamstring strain so he joins Bryan Oviedo, Darron Gibson and Arouna Kone on the sidelines.

Oxlade-Chamberlain: The Ox has been in good form of late and I think his pace is going to play a key role tomorrow. Without Walcott, Arsenal lack raw pace which invites opposition teams to push higher up the pitch and limit the space in midfield. Therefore, the Ox is going to have to make sure he stretches the Everton back-line with plenty of runs in behind to keep them from pushing up and pressing us too much.

Prediction:
Arsenal 1-0 Everton: I think this is going to be a close game, particularly if Arsene rests some of his key men, but I think we’ll have just enough to book a date at Wembley in the semi-finals.

Barcelona worried about Manchester City - Fernandinho

Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho believes his side gave the Spanish champions a scare in their 2-0 first leg defeat in the last sixteen of the Champions League last month.

The Citizens will travel to the Camp Nou for the second leg this month hoping to overturn the two-goal deficit suffered in the first leg after City were reduced to ten men when Martin Demichelis was dismissed by the referee.

Following the game, City captain Vincent Kompany had stated the Catalans were ‘there for the taking’ which brought former Manchester Unite captain, ITV pundit Roy Keane to claim the Belgian enforcer didn’t know what he was talking about.

However, his teammate Fernandinho believes not only that City ‘rattled’ Barcelona but that they can go out and get a result in Catalonia.

"We had them worried. We managed to put them under pressure and there were situations in which the Barcelona guys didn't feel confident to try to use their passing game. They were rattling the ball to where their noses were pointing. We rattled them," explained the Brazilian.

The clash will see City star midfielder Yaya Toure return to the Camp Nou to face his former club on home turf – the Ivorian midfielder signed from Barcelona for £24 million in the summer of 2010 after three years with the Spanish giants in La Liga.

Fernandinho believes it will be an interesting night, not only for his teammate, but for City who intend to give last term’s Champions League semi-finalists more than a thing or two to worry about.

"It will be a special match for Yaya but he never made a big deal out of it. He moved on to a new challenge, just like of all of us who joined City. We have something special going on here and the players know it," he added.

“We do have to envisage pushing Barcelona to the limit because this will also give the club the belief that we are getting mileage at this tournament. And a win can help us get into a better pot in next year's draw to say the least."

City will need to score two away goals to level the tie but as the team who has scored the most goals by this point that any other team in Premier League history, you can be sure they have the firepower to give it a go.

Manchester United and Liverpool could be about to miss out on Nicolas Gaitan, with reports from Portuguese newspaper Record cited by talkSPORT claiming that Benfica are set to hand the talented playmaker a new contract to remain at the club.

Prince Harry Launches Sporting Event, Invictus Games, for Injured Servicemen and Women

Prince Harry has officially launched the Invictus Games in the UK. The Paralympic-style sporting event was created for injured servicemen and women, and the redheaded royal was on hand for the announcement at the Copper Box Arena in London on Thursday, March 6.
"I have witnessed firsthand how the power of sport can positively impact the lives of wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women in their journey of recovery," the 29-year-old said. TRAGIC: Car crash kills 7 pupils, leaves 10 others injured in AWKA

There was commotion, yesterday, at Umuokpu Junction along the old Onitsha-Enugu road in Awka, Anambra State when a Toyota Camry car lost control and ran into about 30 students of Community Secondary School, Umuokpu and Union Secondary School, Amawbia, killing seven of them instantly.
Ten others, who sustained injuries, had their limbs or arms severed.
Also, an old man had his right leg broken, his right eyes cut open, with whitish substances oozing out of his forehead.

The students closed from school and were waiting in their numbers at the bus stop to catch transport to their homes when the car ran into them.

Umuokpu community was thrown into confusion as people ran out of their houses and places of work to identify the victims, most of who were returning to Awka, about five kilometres away.

One of the victims was trapped under a commercial bus that tried to avoid colliding with the Toyota Camry.

The car also crushed the stands of the people selling fruits, food items and recharge cards around the scene of the accident and left several women injured.

The entire atmosphere was charged as sympathizers, amidst wailings and sobs, scampered to rescue some victims  who were still alive.

The road was littered with destroyed items, including fruits, tables and umbrellas which were being sold close to the bus stop.

The driver of the car, who was also injured, was able to get out of his mangled car, went back into the car, retrieved some documents and crossed the road where he boarded another vehicle heading to Awka.

Surprisingly, sympathizers did not bother about him as their attention was focused on the littered bodies of the school children.

Before the men of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, arrived the scene 20 minutes after the victims had been taken to nearby Enugwu-Ukwu General Hospital. Members of FRSC, however, towed the Toyota car away.

The Anambra State Sector Commander of the FRSC, Mr. Hyginus Omeje said he was waiting for his men who were on the spot to brief him on the accident.

Four homosexuals in Bauchi get 15 strokes of the cane LOL

Bauchi – A Bauchi State Upper Sharia Court  Judge has sentenced four out of the seven homosexual suspects to 15 strokes of the cane and ordered them to pay a fine of N20, 000 each.
Shehu Adamu, Yusuf A Adsamu, Aliyu Dalhatu and Abdulamalik Tanko were arrested by the state Sharia Commission and were charged with the alleged offence of same-sex.
The four convicts were among the seven arraigned before the Upper Sharia Court in Anguwan Jaki area of Bauchi Metropolis for the same offence.
The presiding Judge El-Yakub Aliyu said after the sentence on the four, there will be a further hearing on the matter of the three other suspects namely Ibrahim Marafa, Aminu Ibrahim Sadik  Usman Sabo  and Hazif Abubakar.
The presiding judge explained that the trial was being done from public glare because  of security reasons.
Explaining the reason behind the sentences meted to the four, Aliyu explained that the judgement was given on the basis that the suspects were not caught in the actual commission of the offence.
He said that although Aliyu Dalhatu and Abdullahi Tanko for instance admitted that they engaged in the act four years ago, they have repented and had not engaged in it before their arrest by the Hisbah Commission based on the rumour that they had done it.

Obesere rape saga: Case transferred to SCID

There were indications, yesterday, that the case involving popular Fuji musician, Alhaji Abass Akande, also known as Obesere, arrested for allegedly raping a 29-year-old business woman, Miss Olanike Olaiya, in his Okota residence may have been  transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID.

Sources told Vanguard, yesterday, that the embattled musician preferred the SCID to the  Isolo Police division because the DPO had insisted on the matter going to court.

Normally, it is  the Divisional Police Officer at Isolo Division, Aminu Ibrahim, that should have ordered the transfer of the case to SCID for further investigations.

But Obesere was alleged to have used his contacts in the police to have the case transferred to SCID.

A police source also disclosed that Obesere found it difficult to pressurize the DPO at Isolo into striking out the matter or persuade the victim to accept a settlement.

The source, who craved anonymity, also said Obesere contacted some top citizens to wade into the matter by persuading the DPO to soft-pedal on the  matter but they backed down when they discovered that the police have incriminating evidence against the musician.

Let's hope Khloe Kardashian gets along with Justin Bieber's neighbors better than he did. The reality star, 29, has purchased Bieber's somewhat infamous house in Calabasas, California.
The news comes just a little over a month after the sale of Kardashian's Tarzana, Calif., mansion. The star and her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, listed the home for $5.499 million back in January, a month after she filed for divorce; it was sold to Big Bang Theory actress (and newlywed) Kaley Cuoco later that same month.

Kardashian's new digs are in The Oaks, a gated community in Calabasas. Bieber purchased the home back in 2012 but quietly put it on the market after some highly publicized run-ins with his neighbors, including an alleged egging incident that led to police searching his home as part of a felony vandalism investigation.
"The fact that a talented international musician like Mr. Bieber chooses to live in Calabasas is certainly a feather in our cap and a tribute to our safe and beautiful community," the city's mayor, Fred Gaines, told the L.A. Times in January. "[But] the peace and privacy of our residents is the city's top priority. We have unfortunately had a number of breaches of the peace related to Mr. Bieber and his residence, and the sheriff has acted appropriately in addressing those incidents."

Bieber's former neighbor Keyshawn Johnson is among those who've expressed disapproval for the pop star's behavior. The former NFL player complained to TMZ last year about Bieber's habit of speeding through the neighborhood, where many families live with their kids. TRAGIC!!! Nine killed in midnight attack on Riyom, Plateau

The Police in Plateau said 9 persons were killed on Tuesday night attack on Angwan-Waran in Riyom Local Government of the State.

Mr Chris Olakpe, the Commissioner of Police in Plateau, in Jos on Wednesday said that the attackers had fled the area before the arrival of security agents.

He said the police and other personnel of the Special Task Force (STF) maintaining the peace in Plateau, had stepped in and restored normalcy to the area.

“To check against recurrence, the police and the STF have deployed a team of security personnel to the village, while efforts are on to apprehend the attackers’’, he added.

The commissioner advised members of the public to help security agencies with any piece of information that could lead to the arrest of the attackers.

STF Media Officer, Capt. Salisu Mustapha, who also confirmed the attack, said the invaders also burnt down houses in the village before escaping.

He, however, did not give the number of houses burnt.

Mustapha said the STF had arrested three persons found with arms and ammunition suspected to have been used for the attack.

“We are interrogating the suspects’’, he said.

She took her time! Mark-Kate Olsen made sure fiance Olivier Sarkozy was the one before saying "yes" to an engagement. An insider reveals exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly that Sarkozy first proposed months ago, but the fashion designer turned him down at the time.

"He tried about a year ago, and she wasn't ready," an insider tells Us in the March 17 issue's Hot Stuff. "She didn't need to be wined and dined. She wanted to make sure he would be good to her."
Olsen, 27, and the French banker, 44, first went public with their relationship in 2012, and are also "talking about trying to get pregnant," the source says.

on Feb. 28 that Olsen and her older beau got engaged. "Mary-Kate's family thinks Olivier is the best thing to happen to her," an insider told Us of the former Full House star. "They love him."

Olsen won't have a hard time adjusting to motherhood, either. She's already close to Sarkozy's two children Julien, 12, and Margo, 10, from his previous marriage to Charlotte Bernard.

"Mary-Kate has made him a better father. She remembers all the kids' special events," a source added to Us. "She thinks he's a great dad."
Olsen has yet to confirm the engagement news herself, but has already shown off her new rock. The actress stepped out wearing her huge gold engagement ring in NYC on March 3.

Man sentenced to having his eyes gouged out, right ear and nose cut off after throwing acid in a girl’s face! [photos]

An Iranian man who poured acid on a young girl’s face should be punished by having his eyes gouged out and his right ear and nose cut off, an Iranian court ruled, according to an opposition group.

The group, the National Council of Resistance of Iran, said the man was convicted last October of intentionally attacking the girl with acid, causing her to lose her eyesight and right ear.

Last month, another Iranian man was condemned to have one hand and one foot cut off as punishment for an unspecified crime, the state-run Mehr news agency reported.

The national council said that Iran’s high court has publicly defended cutting off body parts and removing eyes as part of the country’s judicial system.

At least 80 people and perhaps as many as 95 have been executed in Iran this year, a surge in the use of the death penalty that has dampened hopes for human rights reforms under President Hassan Rohani, the United Nations said last month.

Couple arrested for NUDITY in abeokuta

A man and his wife were today Wednesday March 5th arraigned in an Abeokuta Magistrates’ Court  sitting at Isabo for allegedly fighting nude in public over alleged infidelity.

The accused, Kehinde Soetan, 37,  and Aderinsola Lawal, 28, were arraigned for  breach of public peace. The duo, however,  pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Police  Prosecutor, Augustine Ozimini, said that the offence was committed on Tuesday  at 2.30 p.m. at Obada Oko area of  Abeokuta. He alleged  that the couple fought and tore  their clothes in public. Continue...




” Soetan claimed that he saw his wife with another man and enquired from her, who he was, but her lack of answer caused the fight,” he said.

Ozimini said that the wife also hit her husband with a stone causing him serious injury on the head.

The prosecutor submitted that the offences contravened sections 83 and 355 of the Criminal Laws of Ogun, 2006.

The Magistrate, Mr Emmanuel Adekunte,  granted the accused bail in the sum of 50,000 with one surety each  in like sum.

He adjourned the case till  March 19 for mention.

Acoording to news gathered on the brymo versus chocolate city hearing, On Monday March 3rd, Brymo won round one of his court battle with his former record label Chocolate City, who took an injunction against him, 'restraining him from recording, releasing or distributing any musical works pending the determination of the suit against him.'

A judge sitting at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi lifted the injunction against Brymo, saying he's free to continue doing music and releasing his materials while the case continues hearing in court.

The presiding judge, Justice Buba I.N said Chocolate City can be compensated at a later period. "Since the plaintiff can be compensated at a later date, the defendant is free to carry out his duties as a singer so that none of the parties will be at a disadvantage’. the judge said

A 2-day hearing for the case has been slated for 19th and 20th of March.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho reveals who his best striker is

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says Samuel Eto’o is his best striker for home games but has revealed the Cameroonian is not suited to playing away from Stamford Bridge.


Eto’o, 32, has not scored in eight games since netting a hat-trick against Manchester United on 19 January and has netted just six goals in 17 Premier League appearances this term, all of which have come at home.


Mourinho dropped the former Inter Milan and Barcelona forward for Saturday’s 3-1 win at Fulham in favour of Spaniard Fernando Torres.

The Portuguese, who also has Demba Ba to choose from, revealed he picked Torres because he is better suited to playing away.

“I just felt this kind of match, away from home, against normally closed defensive teams, aggressive defenders, central defenders, Hangeland, I thought to go with Nando (Torres).

“And if I need to risk in this last part of the game to together with Nando and Demba (Ba). Players more adapted to this reality.

“You see Eto’o scores goals, but at home. He scores in the league, in the Champions League but all of them at home.

“I think away is more difficult for him. I think he is our best striker to play at home because of his technique, his movement and his understanding with Eden and Oscar.

“For me, he is he best to play at home. Away he is showing some difficulties so we made that decision to start with Fernando and have Demba for the last part of the game.”

Andre Schurrle scored all three goals at Craven Cottage but asked if the German could play as a number nine, Mourinho was dismissive.

“He’s not a striker,” said the Blues boss. “He is a cold blood.

“The kind of guy who, normally in front of the keeper, he is cold. He has a good finishing technique.”
