Incredible moment - blinding meteorite stops traffic as is it shoots through Russian city at night

A car dash camera has captured the moment a meteor apparently streaks through the night sky above Murmansk, Russia, in scenes similar to the 2013 Cheyabinsk meteor which exploded. However, some have theorised that it is simply a missile test as Russia has a base nearby, despite no long range missile test being scheduled for that evening.
I would have loved to see it LIVE but hey all i got is a picture.
