Footballer Balotelli in legal battle to gain access to daughter he once denied

Turns out Italian international footballer Mario Balotelli and his ex girlfriend have both been in and out of a private court hearing after balotelli denied his daughter who is eighteen months old when she was born until DNA tests proved otherwise this February.

Balotelli has been in negotiations with his ex girlfriend and was just allowed to hold his daughter for the first time a month ago in the court house in Maples.

They later had another meeting but Balotelli's lawyer said that he is sure that balotelli would be given an opportunity to see his daughter before going to the world cup.
