When Khloé Kardashian decided to end her marriage to Lamar Odom, she didn’t just lose her husband. She also lost her brother.

A new clip from an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the 30-year-old confesses she feels responsible for Rob’s drug use and subsequent depression.

“Rob has said, ‘Being in that house, it was so dark and it made me do dark things,’” the reality starlet reveals in the clip.

When Khloé boldly admits she feels “guilty” about Rob’s current situation, stepbrother Brody tries his best to comfort her, but to no avail.

“Only Rob, Lamar and I know what, like, happened in the house and what was going,” she tells the camera. “I mean I definitely feel guilty and I don’t care what anyone says. My personality in general is a nurturer and I want to protect everyone.

“I was not there to protect Rob—I was not even there to protect myself.”

As In Touch Weekly previously reported, Rob has allegedly been self-medicating with powerful prescription drugs—as a close friend claims he was using Norco and Percocet, as well as the antianxiety drug Xanax.

“He’d just lie around his place smoking weed, doing drugs, watching movies and eating,” the pal told In Touch.

“He said he ‘needed’ the pills.”
