Amber might be getting more than $1 million from the prenup, but Wiz would not let her have sole custody of their 1-year-old son Sebastian without a fight.
TMZ reports that the rapper is seeking joint custody of his child with Amber Rose, challenging her petition for full legal and physical custody
The law is on Khalifa’s side here: In California, asking for sole custody is “often a sign of vengeance,” since there’s a presumption of joint custody in the state, according to TMZ.
There’s certainly vengeance here. On Thursday, the model accused her ex of cheating — and shot down rumors that she was unfaithful to him, tweeting: “I would never ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think you guys know this…..Unfortunately my now ex husband can’t say the same.”
Rose, 30, filed for divorce this week after a year of marriage to Khalifa, 27, citing irreconcilable differences.
