The Biebs posted a Shots picture of himself sitting in front of the grill at a hibachi restaurant, with no one to keep him company but the chef in the background.
He captioned: 'Hibachi alone isn’t as fun"
Meanwhile Selena – who had an emotional performance at the 2014 AMAs – posted a picture of herself having a great time with BFF Taylor Swift.
A source to the Biebs told reporters: "Justin really has to show a major effort if he wants to win Selena back. At this point, she doesn’t have any faith in him keeping his word to her. He would have to get on one knee and propose. It would have to be that extreme."
