For her latest sartorial stunt, Gaga wore a plastic inflatable dress, featuring a dozen or so holographic spikes to the VIP Room in Paris on Tuesday, Nov. 25. She balanced out the getup with licorice-hued lipstick and a bun hairstyle with bangs.
According to New York Magazine's The Cut, the 3-D creation is the handiwork work of 21-year-old Central Saint Martins student Jack Irving
