P-Square’s publicist, Bayo Adetu has debunked the rumour that P-square and their elder brother Jude, who also doubles as their manager have ended their working relationship. Bayo said neither are the twin brothers breaking up, nor is Jude leaving them. He said;

14 more girls escape from Boko Haram abductors

Borno State Commissioner for Education, Inuwa Kubo, has said that 14 more students of Government Secondary School, Chibok, have escaped Boko Haram abductors.
In Maiduguri on Friday He said, “I am glad to say that 14 more students have escaped from their abductors. Out of this number, three are currently with me at Government Girls’ Secondary School, Chibok; the scene of the unfortunate abduction, while Governor Kashim Shettima has confirmed to me today that 11 girls had escaped to a town along Damboa/Biu Road in Borno State after they escaped from captivity. The 11 girls were immediately moved from the location to other parts of the state to reconnect with their families. The remaining 33 students in Chibok have also been moved out of the school to different parts of the state to join their families. The steps were taken to safeguard them.
“Meanwhile, with this development, we have 44 out of our 129 students at the hostel on the day of attack on the school. This means that we have 85 students yet to join us. You may wish to recall that as at Thursday, we had 30 students returned. Out of that number, 14 escaped from their abductors while sixteen students were returned by their parents and guardians after they ran home on the day of the attack.
“The sixteen were not abducted. You may also remember what I said yesterday that we had made announcements and called on parents and guardians whose children and wards ran home to return them to the school so we could take proper account of our 129 students to know the number of those missing.”
Kubo expressed hope that the remaining 85 students would be found soon as intensive search and rescue efforts continue.
He also said, “We continuously pray that all our students return in good health as well as  all the security agents and volunteers.We are indeed grateful for the patriotic efforts being displayed by all those involved in the search and rescue operations.
“We once again call on parents and all sympathisers to remain prayerful and hopeful that by the grace of God all the students will safely return to school.
“I very well appreciate Nigerian and international media organisations for their most helpful support. I will keep updating any time there is something new which I hope will be positive and anytime soon.”

These Boko Haram members were all born by women, and at some point, we fed them with our breast, the same breast will be a curse unto them if we expose it while crying to God and pointing it to the high heavens.''

The President of the group Prophetess Nonnie Roberson said that women in the nation are pissed off and very angry over the ongoing problems in the nation particularly the inversion of the country by Boko Haram terrorists.

She said: ''we are ordained women ministers of God who have taken up our responsibilities as wailing women as posited in Jeremiah chapter 9. Our mission is taking a spiritual stand against injustice in the Land.

Miley Cyrus Cancels More Bangerz Tour Concerts After "Extreme Allergic Reaction"

She can't stop… canceling concerts. After a string of postponed stops on her Bangerz Tour, Miley Cyrus canceled even more shows that were scheduled for this weekend.
The "We Can't Stop" singer, 21, will not be performing her scheduled show in Nashville, Tenn. on Friday, April 18, nor will she keep her tour stop set for Saturday, April 19 in Louisville, Ky. Earlier, Cyrus canceled concerts in Kansas City, Mo. and St. Louis, Mo.

While rumors abounded about what sparked the cancellations -- everything from a speculated pregnancy to hard partying -- the headline-making performer took to Twitter on Thursday, April 18, to dispel the rumors and offer an official statement.
"So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans," Cyrus wrote. "Shut the f--k up and let me heal. Stop scaring my family, friends, and fans."

Her official statement reads, "Miley was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour. She was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin, which she's now suffered an extreme allergic reaction to. This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor's care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time. Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans."
Cyrus, who has been vocal about her displeasure in being hospitalized, tweeted Friday morning, "Sick of waking up to needles."
There is currently no word as to when she plans to resume touring. Cyrus' next scheduled show is currently set for Monday, April 21, in Philadelphia, Penn.

A suspected ritualist, yesterday,  beheaded a two‑year‑old boy and raped his mother in a bush in Ofada town  in Obafemi‑Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The suspect,  Momodu  Bashir Ibrahim, was said to have trailed the mother, who had her boy strapped on her back, as she  went to  ease herself in a bush in the area.
An eye witness told Vanguard that the victim went into a nearby bush to ease herself, not suspecting that she was being trailed.
According  to the source, the suspect suddenly pounced on the woman, dragged her along with her baby into an uncompleted building and raped her.
“The suspect after raping the woman, stabbed her and  killed the boy before he severed his head.
“Luckily, someone, who suspected the suspect’s  movement, trailed him to the building but escaped and was able to rescue the woman with the headless body of the boy,” the source said.
Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi   said the suspect was arrested through the help of some community leaders after he  fled the area to Ibafo after committing the crime.
Adejobi added that further interrogation of the suspect revealed that he had sold the head of the boy to a woman in Ibadan, adding that the detectives from the state police command was on the trail of the  suspected buyer  and that the command had commenced investigation into the matter.
The suspect  led men from the Criminal Investigation Department of the state police command to the scene and the knife with which he perpetrated  the act was  the only item found  at the scene.
Speaking at the scene of the crime which was smeared with blood, the suspect confessed to  have raped the woman, killed her son and severed his head which he said he had thrown away into the bush.
He also informed the detectives that there was a woman in Ibadan whom he was working with.
Efforts by the detectives to recover the head of the boy at the scene of the crime, as claimed by the suspect, proved abortive and an attempt to lynch him by the people of the area was prevented by the police.
It was learnt that the remains of the boy has been buried while the mother was responding to treatment in the hospital.

Bryan Singer: ‘X-Men’ Director Accused Of Sexually Abusing Teen Boy

The director of ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ is under hot water. On April 16, a 31-year-old man filed a lawsuit claiming that in 1999, when he was just 17, he was sexually assaulted by writer, director and producer, Bryan Singer.
Bryan Singer, 48, is known for directing hit films like The Usual Suspects and the X-Men films, but is now being accused of using “drugs, alcohol, threats and inducements” to assault Michael F. Egan III in 1999.
The lawsuit, filed in a Hawaii federal court on April 16, claims that Bryan “manipulated his power, wealth, and position in the entertainment industry to sexually abuse and exploit the underage Plaintiff through the use of drugs, alcohol, threats, and inducements.”

Nevada resident, Michael Egan claimed in the lawsuit that when he was 17, Bryan gave him several drugs, including cocaine, and alcohol and was part of a group that “maintained and exploited boys in a sordid sex ring.”

“The claims made against Bryan Singer are completely without merit,” Bryan’s attorney Marty Singer said. “We are very confident that Bryan will be vindicated in this absurd and defamatory lawsuit. It is obvious that this case was filed in an attempt to get publicity at the time when Bryan’ s new movie (X-Men: Days of Future Past) is about to open in a few weeks.”

Rapper Andre Johnson, who is a member of the Wu-Tang Clan affiliated group Northstar cut off his own penis, and jumped from an apartment building in a suicide attempt during the early hours of April 16
Andre Johnson, who goes by the name Christ Bearer for rap group Northstar, severed his penis, and jumped headlong form an apartment building in Los Angeles around 1 a.m. Afterwards, he was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, according Los Angeles Police Sgt. William Mann.
Andre surprisingly survived the fall. However, details about why he cut off his own penis and jumped from the apartment building are still unknown, reports CNN.
Sadly, Andre’s penis was not able to be reattached by doctors who were treating him at the hospital, but the rapper is lucky just to be alive, reports TMZ.
Additionally, other rappers were present when Andre jumped, and they stated that there were no drugs on the scene. They cited a possible mental issue as the reason for why Andree tried to kill himself.

My name is Harrison Tare Okiri, a.k.a Harrysong, Mr. Song . I’m from Delta state, an Ijaw man and I’m the only child of my parents. I’m a singer and a song writer.

How did you start music as a career?
I can’t really say because I grew up knowing that music is what I’ll be doing. My mum was a choir mistress, she also plays the piano so the passion has been there right from my childhood. And I believe music is something I have to do to be fulfilled and successful .
Professionally, I started doing music seven years ago,when I just came to Lagos. I started hustling, going to studio to record and going to clubs to play for people. Then I met Kcee at O’jez Club. He was the one who introduced me to a lot of people who I worked with. It was only two years ago that I began enjoying what I am doing.

How did your relationship with Kcee start?
Kcee is my brother and my friend, and we’ve been together for like seven to eight years now. Like I said earlier, I met him at O’jez in Surulere , when he came to watch me perform at the club . So that day, after watching me performed, they (KCPresh),  sprayed money on me and encouraged me. I was a nobody before he met me. He and his friends used to come there to watch me perform .So one day, I decided to approach them and they put me through and that is how we became very close .

But don’t you think people will conclude that you are trying to take the place of Presh?
Yes, I’ve had questions like that, but I’ve been ‘Harrysong’ all this while. That I’m trying to take the place of Presh is not true, because Presh and Harrysong are two different people. By being different, I mean in terms of my music, sound, the kind of message I preach and so on. I preach love, life and unity, even my name is different, so it will never happen.

Nearly six months later, local CBS affiliate WUSA9 obtained Brown's mug shot—posting it just in time for his D.C. trial.
Per NBC News, the trial for Hollosy (Brown's bodyguard) beganThursday in Superior Court and is excepted to last one to two days; Brown's trial is to begin after his bodyguard's ends. Both men's cases will be tried seperately and decided by a judge, not a jury.

The singer, who has been behind bars since March 14 (when he allegedly violated the terms of his probation set after his 2009 assault conviction involving Rihanna), was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals earlier this month and transferred from Men's Central Jail in Downtown L.A. to a facility closer to where his trial will be held in D.C.
He faces a maximum sentence of 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
Currently, Brown has an April 23 probation hearing scheduled in L.A.

But the president of Nigeria is either sick or he hates the poor and most especially poor northerners. There's no need overemphasizing his pathological love for parties, for power and for stupid utterances and actions. Desensitized is too kind a word. He has frank sickness or disdain for the affected peoples.

He was best described by Governor Sule Lamido, as being like an insane child left to run around with a box of matches at a petrol station.

But the president is not the only to blame at this time. In fact his disposition, clearly one with problems in his upper functioning or one with malicious intent and agenda against the poor and the north especially, though even the poor in his state suffer, with Bayelsa after four years of his rule, being the most polluted land on earth-scoring 40 oil spills/month, and the kidnap and high sea piracy capital of the world; the northern leadership too have major issues, they are dead.

Not sure which is better to have, a sick psycho ruler or a dead leader? A psycho leader can and will burn down your house, but a dead leader will not turn on the water when the fire comes, because he is DEAD! The northern leadership is dead. They have been dead for a long time. They were dead when Boko Haram first started. They have been dead through the carnage and they are even deader now as they believe their duty is to wait till 2015. Does the Bible or Quran tell them that when the innocent poor people in their wards are being massacred they should wait for European democracy timeline? They should show me where that is printed in the Holy books. Does the Bible or Quran tell them that when the people in their ward are being killed under their ward, they should wait for a president to do something, who has been certified unhinged?

Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav pleads guilty to threatening girlfriend's teenage son with a kitchen knife

Rapper Flavor Flav has today admitted chasing his girlfriend's son with a kitchen knife during an argument.

At an earlier hearing the 17-year-old said Flav threatened to kill him before grabbing a kitchen knife, chasing him to his bedroom and plunging the blade through the door.

The 55-year-old reality TV star was facing 12 years behind bars for felony assault charges, but had them reduced to misdemeanor offences at the last minute after the court heard he had reconciled with his family.

The attack happened at the artist's Las Vegas home in October 2012.

Flav, who appeared in court under his real name of William Jonathan Drayton Jr, was sentenced yesterday at Clark County District Court to probation and four months of domestic violence counseling.

During his defence statement Flav said he loved the boy, now aged 18, calling him a 'son', but neither he nor his mother were in court.

The entertainer was initially charged with felony assault and child endangerment with a weapon, but pleaded guilty to attempted battery and battery constituting domestic violence.

After leaving the courtroom, Flav pulled his signature clock necklace from underneath his red T-shirt before speaking to reporters.

His defence attorney said they don't expect today's ruling to affect an upcoming felony speeding and driving without a license case in Mineola, New York.

Flav added: 'I'm standing here in front of the camera, not behind bars.'

No Mass Burial For Victims in Abuja Bomb Blast – FCT Minister.

 There will be no mass burial for victims of the explosion at Nyanya bus park, the Federal Capital Territory Minister, Bala Muhammed, said on Tuesday. Corpses of those perished would be released to their families after identification.
Muhammed said this while speaking to reporters shortly after visiting the wounded at Asokoro Hospital.

He condemned the attack, describing it as wicked and heartless.

The minister noted that the corpses would be released to relatives without delay after proper identification.

    "We will give them befitting burial they deserved. There will be no mass burial but we will do everything possible so that they will be identified by their relations," he said.

Muhammed also said that the FCT administration would pay the medical bills of all those injured.

He directed the FCT Secretary of Health, Ademola Onakomaiya, to refer serious cases to specialised hospitals.

Mohammed disclosed that the FCT administration is planing to enhance security in Abuja by, installing metal and explosive detectors in Abuja high capacity buses.

He also said his administration would meet with various security agencies to develop further measures to provide security in public places such as motor parks, markets, churches and mosques.

A bomb blast shook Nyanya bus park at the outskirts of Abuja at 6.30am on April 14 when hundreds of people where on their way to work.

At least 72 people died in the explosion and 141 were injured, Health Minister, Onyebuchi Chukwu, has confirmed.

24 hours After Abuja Blast: Gunmen abduct 100 school girls in Borno

According to vanguard news, Less then 24 hours after the Boko Haram terrorists bombed the Nyanya bus terminus in Abuja, killing more than 100 innocent Nigerians, some unidentified gunmen suspected to be members of the terrorist organisation again abducted more than 100 female students from a Government Girls Secondary School, GGSS, in Borno State.

The students were abducted in the school located at Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State, after killing a security personnel suspected to be a soldier.

The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Gideon Jubrin confirmed the attack in Chibok, but said, he was yet to get details on the number of casualties.

The incident occurred at the council headquarters where the students were preparing to write the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations, SSCE now going on across the country.

Vanguard sources said that the gunmen numbering over 100 using motorcycles and Toyota Hilux vans stormed the council’s headquarters at about 9pm, and operated till 3am, yesterday.

“Apart from the abduction of the female students, the gunmen also carted away foodstuff, before setting many residential buildings  and shops ablaze,” the sources added.

A resident of Chibok who escaped the attack, Mr. Nuhu Amos told Vanguard in a telephone interview that, “ the gunmen armed with AK47 rifles, Improvised Explosive Devices,  IED’s, and petrol bombs stormed Chibok on Monday evening and attacked one of the security posts and shot one security personnel, before abducting more than 100 female students, as well as setting some houses and shops ablaze within the vicinity.

“Although, the attackers did not kill any resident, they only shot one security operative, before carting away foodstuff and escaping into the Sambisa Forest.

“I also learnt that out of about 250 female students writing their SSCE, some were able to escape into the bush, while more than 100 were abducted by the attackers using a 911 truck/lorry that was abandoned by its driver who was heading to Maiduguri, the state capital.

“Prior to this incident, gunmen had attempted to attack Chibok on three occasions without success, but this time around, they were able to accomplish their mission, as they were in Chibok from 9pm till about 3am on Tuesday.”

Another resident who spoke on the condition of anonymity also said: “Seven of my children including those of my elder brother and sister who are writing the SSCE in the affected school are still missing, and I don’t know whether they were abducted or among those who escaped into the bush.”

However, the PPRO who spoke on the issue said: “Yes, there was an attack in Chibok, yesterday evening by suspected members of Boko Haram terrorists, but we are yet to get details. As soon as details of the attack reach my table, I will get back to you.”

This is where the artiste doesn't understand. In the beginning, they gave you a house, a car, and you think you are talented, and come to think of it, you don't even have anything in the market.

Whatever they gave you was based on potential, the initial agreement that if I give you this, you will give me that in return. Some artistes don't have agreement, everything is sealed at a bar.

As you drink, you signed without realizing what you are signing. Some of them are illiterates, some pretend to know what the business is all about, but they don't. Some of them get carried away by the glitz and glamour of it, signed without knowing what the agreement stipulates.

When they default, they start blaming the label, saying all sorts of things. But most of us don't find out what was the agreement before going to the press and write. On the other side, the label may have been obligated to do certain things but they did not do it and the artiste will complain. These are the issues" he said On how to resolve these issues, Darey said; "I think both sides should have respect for agreement.

There shouldn't be issues if both sides respect agreement they made. For instance, when I left Questionmark, nobody heard that I fought anybody till tomorrow. Yes we had disagreement, it wasn't a rosy ending but till date they are still my friends, we work together. So maturity is needed to handle such situation".

Darey also plans to own a radio station. "I will love to own a radio station. I have already started making inquiries and plans on that feasibility. I am a radio person, I have worked on radio, and it was really fun.

Since then I felt it is good if I can achieve this by running a radio station. After all, it will provide jobs for people, encourage creativity and improve entertainment. I don't know the format of the station yet but let me get the license first" he said.

Malaysian Airplane MH370 'hijacked and in Afghanistan': Russian intelligence

I just saw this and i want to share, A Russian newspaper has claimed that Flight MH370 was hijacked by "unknown terrorists" and flown to Afghanistan, where the crew and passengers are now being held hostage.
The extraordinary comments, attributed to a Russian intelligence source, appeared in the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper.
The source told the paper: "Flight MH370 Malaysia Airlines missing on March 8 with 239 passengers was hijacked.
"Pilots are not guilty; the plane was hijacked by unknown terrorists.
"We know that the name of the terrorist who gave instructions to pilots is "Hitch."
"The plane is in Afghanistan not far from Kandahar near the border with Pakistan."          
According to The Daily Star, Moskovsky Komsomolets also claims the passengers have been divided into seven groups and are living in mud huts with almost no food.
Twenty Asian passengers were said to have been smuggled into a bunker in Pakistan.

Boy's HEAD found in home of Pakistani cannibals, They dug up more than 100 corpses and ate them

A convicted cannibal has been rearrested in Pakistan after a young boy's head was discovered in his home.
The gruesome discovery of a three-year-old's head was made in the house of Mohammad Arif, 35, and his brother Mohammad Farman, 30.
The pair, from the small town of Darya Khan in the country's interior, had previously served two years in jail for cannibalism and were only released last year.

At the time, local police said the two men had dug up more than 100 corpses from the local graveyard and eaten them.
Mohammad Arif has now been rearrested as an investigation gets underway in to the grim discovery at his house.
His brother Mohammad Farman is still being hunted by police.
District police chief, Ameer Abdullah, said officers swooped after residents complained of a bad smell coming from the brothers' home.

Fire guts PDP secretariat in Abuja (PHOTOS)

Fire engulfed a building within the sky memorial plaza and the PDP Wadata house, wuse zone 5, Abuja Monday evening.

The press unit was affected by the fire.

The incidence was confirmed by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Olisah Metuh.

Mr Metuh, in a statement said the fire, caused by some electrical faults at about 8.15 p.m., was promptly put off by men of the Federal Fire Service.

The unit houses the Press Corps Centre and an extension of Metuh’s office.

“The PDP rules out any form of sabotage or attack and hereby wishes to inform all our members and teeming supporters that the fire has since been put under control,’’ the party official said in the statement.

14 year-old bride charged for killing husband, 3 others in Kano

According to vanguard news, A 14 year-old bride, Wasila Tasi’u, was on Monday charged before a Rijiyar Zaki Magistrates’ Court in Kano for alleged culpable homicide.
Wasila is facing the charge for allegedly killing her 35 year-old groom, Umar Sani, and three others in Kademi village in Gaya Local Government Area.
The prosecutor, Insp. Yusuf Sale, alleged that the accused poisoned Sani’s food with some substance, popularly known as Ota pia pia.
According to him, the husband and three other persons died on the spot after eating the food.

The prosecutor also alleged that the other six persons who ate the meal in the same dish were rushed to General Hospital Gaya, but were later treated and discharged.

However, the accused person pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Sale said the offence contravened Section 221 (B) of the penal code.

The prosecutor urged the court to adjourn the case to enable the Police to seek for the advice of Director Public Prosecution.

The Magistrate, Binta Muhammad, adjourned the case to May 12 for mention.

She, however, ordered that the accused person to be remanded in prison custody.  (NAN)

Panic as gunmen kill 18-yr-old in Bayelsa

I just saw this appauling news and thought to share, According to vanguard news, residents of OMPADEC area in the Amarata suburb of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, were yesterday, gripped with fear, following the shooting to death of an 18-year- old youth by armed men suspected to be cultists.
The incident, which caused pandemonium in the neighbourhood, occurred in front of the house of a chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC.
While many residents of the area claimed that the killing of the youth  was as a result of violence between two notorious cult groups in the state, others feared that it might have political undertone.
The deceased, according to eyewitnesses, was pursued by his assailants, who caught up with him in front of the residence of a chieftain of the APC and dealt him machete cuts before he was shot dead.
It was learnt that the gunmen, numbering four, had at 7p.m.,  Sunday, pursued their victim, whose name is yet to be ascertained, to the OMPAEC area and caught up with him in front of the residence of the APC chieftain, dealt machete cuts on him and shot him at close range.
The attack caused residents and shop owners in the usually busy area to run for safety.
Though the APC chieftain was not at home when the incident occurred, he was reportedly alerted that some gunmen had stormed his gate and a young man was shot dead.

Abuja Explosion: Obama condemns ‘senseless’ bombing

According to Vanguard News, The United States on Monday condemned a bomb attack on a packed bus station in Nigeria which killed 71 people, and called for a full investigation.
“We are outraged by this senseless act of violence against innocent civilians,” State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters, also condemning a series of attacks on three villages in Borno State over the weekend.
The bomb, which also injured 124 people, rocked the Nyanya station on Abuja’s southern outskirts as it was filled with morning commuters, leaving body parts scattered across the terminal and destroying dozens of vehicles.
President Goodluck Jonathan blamed Boko Haram militants for the attack, but Psaki called for a “full investigation to identify and bring justice to the perpetrators of these attacks.”
“We continue to stand with the Nigerian government and people as they grapple with violent extremism,” she added.
