A woman has been caught with thumb-printed electoral materials this morning in Lagos.It was reported that the woman, identified as a woman leader of the All Progressives Congress Lagos East was caught moving thumb-printed electoral materials in a yellow-colored bus at about 12:15am. The number plate of the apprehended bus is FKJ450XJ.
