the two and a half men star, is adamant that he never forced ex-fiancée Brett Rossi to get an abortion and that it was she, not he, who insisted on unprotected sex.
Charlie, 50, defended himself in court papers filed in Los Angeles on Monday in which he referred to his former lover, 26, as both an “extortionist” and “prostitute,” reports Us Weekly.
“This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi . . . who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star,” state the papers, which were obtained by the magazine.
Last Thursday, Rossi sued the actor for assault, negligence and emotional distress. In her filing, she claimed she had sex with the actor at least five times before he revealed that he was HIV-positive and that he forced her to have an abortion in 2014.
In the new documents, which attempt to make the case that Rossi “wants revenge” because Sheen broke off the couple’s engagement and cut her off financially, the actor alleges that she “is banking on the fact that [he] will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action.”
The actor also claims that she was completely aware of his medical status when she “insisted upon having unprotected sex with Sheen.” In addition, he says that because of her occupation, it’s her “hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners” who put her at risk, not just him.
