First it was 13 year old Willow smith in bed with a 20 year old, now it is 16-year-old Kylie Jenner hanging all over her rumored boyfriend, 15-year-old Jaden Smith (brother of Willow, because of course he is), and you can draw your own conclusions about the impropriety of this picture. 
Big silly joke or not, are these the kinds of pictures 15 and 16-year-olds should be taking? Here's a real quick answer: no. Kids that age should be roller skating and staying up all night eating junk food and watching scary movies and riding their bikes and still probably sleeping with their childhood loveys. No young teens should be perfecting their sultry gazes in myriad selfies, nor should they be hanging all over one another with their hormones hanging all over their sleeves -- but not sleeves, in this case, because Jaden doesn't have any to speak of.
What's happening to the children of celebrities in this century? Is this what we're destined to become -- a vapid, oversexed, disposable culture that thrives on narcissistic self-absorption? Judging by what some of the richest kids in the country are doing, sources say 'yes'. Looking at it from a different angle I would say they are living in the moment, as the saying goes YOLO
