Trouble always seem to find Stomp the yard star Columbus short, as he is in another hot water.
The 31-year-old actor was drinking at Katy Trail Ice House for four hours during the Fourth of July holiday before leaving without paying his tab, the site reports. When stopped by a security guard, Short reportedly accused the employee of racism and a fight ensued. The former ABC star was then arrested for public intoxication and taken to jail.
The incident comes just weeks after Short was ordered to pay $21,000 in spousal support and child support to his estranged wife Tanee Short. Columbus was charged with a misdemeanor spousal battery on Valentine's Day. Tanee filed a restraining order immediately following that incident. Columbus was charged with criminal domestic violence and child abuse (their 2-year-old daughter and Columbus’ son were also in the house when the event allegedly happened). Tanee filed for divorce in April. The pair share a 2-year-old daughter.
