Gender-bending reality tv star Bruce Jenner has come out to tell officials there was no way he could have avoided the fatal crash he was involved in last weekend, blaming the collision on the Lexus driver who he said slammed on her brakes without warning.
Jenner’s dark blue Cadillac Escalade rear-ended the white Lexus in Malibu last Saturday, resulting in the death of the woman inside.
The victim, Kim Howe, 69, of nearby Calabasas, was driving with an expired driver’s license, according to ABC7.com.
According to DMV records show her license had expired in 2007.
He was allegedly spotted in a gray and red Porsche less than 24 hours later going 56 mph in a 50-mph zone, according to the New York Post.
A snapshot captured the rate of speed along the Pacific Coast Highway.
He was also seen talking on his cellphone while driving in a Ford Fiesta in Thousand Oaks, Calif., on Tuesday.
