The eldest of the Kardashian sisters, Kourtney Kardashian 35 shared a naked pregnant throwback photo from her first pregnancy (with son Mason) via Instagram on Thursday, Aug 7. In the photo, the reality star, who is now pregnant with her third child, recreates the iconic pose Demi Moore made on the 1991 cover of Vanity Fair.
