Kim, 33, is expecting baby no. 2 with husband Kanye West, 23 months after her first child North West. She broke the news In the scenes teasing the second half of KUWTK's season, saying,
"I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!"She was so excited announcing the news on the May 31 midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
