Guess there's a limit to being fashionably late. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were booed at the Lanvin runway show during Paris Fashion Week on Thursday, Sept. 25, when they arrived late to their front-row seats.
As seen in the above video from the Associated Press, the reality star, 33, and her rapper hubby, 37, were heckled mercilessly as they walked in. According to the New York Post's Page Six, the jeers came from a pool of photographers who were apparently annoyed that Kimye entered the venue a reported 40 minutes late.
West did not appreciate the less-than-warm welcome and approached the group to defend himself and his wife. "[Lanvin designer] Alber [Elbaz] asked to see us. Don't boo us," he chastised them. "We're not late, we're not late!"
The confrontation is just the latest in a series of headline-making incidents involving Kimye's Fashion Week experience. Earlier on Thursday, Kardashian was nearly toppled by notorious celeb prankster Vitalii Sediuk. She had just stepped out of her vehicle when Sediuk, 25, lunged at her.
"Kim is okay, but it was definitely scary," a source told Us Weekly of the incident.
