Olympic gold medalist Micheal Phelps has a lot going on right now. Good or bad, it doesn't seem to shake him at all.
Phelps who just recently pleaded guilty to driving under the influence took a Christmas photo with his on again off again girlfriend Nicole Johnson and two friends in what seems to be a pajamas party.
The 29 year old obviously has gotten used to not putting on clothes as posed with just his underwear and a red-and-green socks.
Phelps according to pagesix spent 45 days in rehab in Arizona following his Sept. 30 arrest. He is also attending Alcoholics Anonymous and is continuing his therapy in Maryland.
