Instagram has no jurisdiction on twitter territory and that is good news for comedienne Chelsea Handler, 39, who flaunts her perky breasts online at every chance she gets.
The star posted a topless photo of herself on Twitter on Feb. 13 after Instagram removed her racy pictures!
No better way to get into the Valentine’s Day spirit than showing her love for her boobs with the rest on twitter. Even though she is one of the #Freethenipple pioneers on Instagram, the outspoken comedienne posted a topless photo on twitter to her 5.6 million followers with the caption "Thanks for having me, twitter”
