Whitney Houston's body manhandled? A police officer reported the misconduct of a colleague

We hope that Whitney Houston will continue to rest in peace, no matter what.
A police sergeant Beverly Hills attack the city court, claiming he was harassed after reporting a colleague have abused the body of the singer after she was found dead in the bathtub of his suite at the Beverly Hilton February 11, 2012.
According to the complaint obtained by sources Tuesday, Sergeant Brian Weir says that while he was in the room, a cop working for the fraud and counterfeiting service looked under the sheet that covered the body of Houston, contaminating a crime scene potential, and made sordid remarks.

According to the complaint Weir, Lt. Terry Nutall, "for no reason lawful investigation or other lawful purpose," he pulled the sheet, exposing Houston to the pubic area, and made comments like the fact that it was "attractive for a woman her age and current state" and "damn, it's still canon, huh?"
The complaint Weir says he thought Nutall had treated the body of Houston to "offend ordinary family sensibilities" deliberately, a breach of the Criminal Code and the Rules of the Beverly Hills Police.
After the incident, Weir reported driving Nutall the police and the city of Beverly Hills, and the complaint asserts that his superiors and Nutall acted against him for revenge.

Weir says he was removed from his duties with SWAT and K-9 units with the Beverly Hills police, that he was denied promotions to other positions, that he withdrew his duties and responsibilities supervisor, they refused to pay him overtime, and that he was harassed and ostracized.
The complainant claimed damages, including medical expenses and damage to his retirement, general damages, injunctive relief to restore him his duties in SWAT and K-9 units, and the reimbursement of lawyer and the costs of the trial.

The shocking death of Houston just 48 years has been reported as an accidental drowning due to the effects of heart disease and cocaine.
