Double or nothing, it turns out Pamela Anderson suffered not one but two major wardrobe malfunctions in West Hollywood on Thursday, Oct. 2.
The first occurred when her boob fell out of her lingerie-inspired dress outside of Chateau Marmont. The Baywatch star, 47, wore no bra underneath her super short, dangerously low-cut, silk dress, which resulted in the disastrous exposure.
Anderson also managed to flash part of her underwear in the negligee-like outfit.
