Quite a number of tribute tattoos going around, Zelda Williams recently got a humming bird tattoo to commemorate her late father and now its E! Fashion police star Kelly.
Kelly Osbourne has gotten a new ink and its in memory of her late friend and mentor Joan Rivers, whom she first met when she was about 6 years old on her show (The Joan rivers Show), Kelly, 29, got a bumble bee on her right shoulder.
The former reality tv star captioned the pic
